EC decided that While Dr Yogesh kumar Sarin would be in UK, Dr Arvind Sabhrawal was appointed as secretary cum treasurer

Between 27/-7/2002 and 28/09/2002, discussions were held regarding bidding for IAPS 2004 at Delhi. After much deliberations it was decided that AIIMS Delhi will bid for same.

Clinical meeting and annual meet was held at Holy Family Hospital where Hypospadias repair by Dr Deepak bagga, Air reduction of intussusception by Dr meera Luthra and Neonatal gastric perforation was presented by Dr Anju Gambhir.

Annual meet and GBM was also held where annual report by secretarya nd accounts werr passed. Bid for IAPS CON 2005 at Delhi was proposed and Dr D K Gupta was nominated to do the Presentation at IAPSCON 2003 at Hyderabad.
